湖北天健管业有限公司是内地地区引进钢丝网骨架聚乙烯复合管生产线较早的企业之一，经过了近几年的快速发展，积累了丰富的生产施工经验，具备很强的先发优势。基地占地面积500余亩，现有职工500人，注册资金10000万元。拥有钢丝网骨架聚乙烯复合管生产线6条，生产规格dn50-dn800；管件注塑机10台，生产de50-de800电熔管件；钢带增强波纹管生产线5条，生产DN300-2200mm钢带增强波纹管； HDPE双壁波纹管和HDPE塑钢缠绕管生产线数条。

2010年9月与武汉理工大学材料学院签订了科技研发及人才培训协议，对公司的产品质量及人员素质培训提供了坚实的保障
2010参与了建设部给排水产品标准化技术委员会主持的CJ/T225-2006行业标准的修订
2011年参与了煤炭科学研究院上海分院测试中心组织的《煤矿井下用钢丝网骨架聚乙烯管》的制定，公司相继通过ISO9001质量体系认证、ISO14001环境体系认证、湖北省建设厅新产品新技术鉴定，并获得矿用产品安全标志证书及特种设备制造许可证，公司产品被列为2006年建设科技成果推广项目
